It should be very easy for you to be able to speak with a customer service or sales representative over the phone, via email or instant messaging to get your questions answered. If they are having difficulty answering your questions that may be a red flag to you that they aren’t a high-quality company. You should also be able to request a brochure or more information to be sent to you for you to look over. Any reputable company will be more than happy to provide you as much information as you need.  Be aware of steep discounts, remember sometimes you get what you pay for.
